The information below outlines current fees, eligibility requirements and important information regarding service access. Please note:

• These services are not currently covered through Medicare. Fees listed are out-of-pocket expenses and are not covered by private health insurance.

• Clients eligible for concession rates must provide either a current Health Care Card, Pension Card or DVA card.

• NDIS fees apply to self and plan-managed participants only. An approved NDIS plan must be provided.

• Unfortunately we do not work with WorkCover, TAC or VOCAT clients at this stage.
